Ari's turning 3

ARI'S TURNING 3 THE END OF NEXT MONTH! AHH!!! Here is an update of Ari's life during her twos.

- She now sings along to all the songs on my Riding in the Car playlists. It only takes her listening to a song one time to be able to sing along to it. She also has memorized the opening song to all her favorite shows like sesame street and phineous and ferb (spelling?).

- Her vocabulary has grown tremendously! I catch her saying words that I have no idea where they came from.

- She goes to the potty all by herself!! This past year we said goodbye to diapers! Thank goodness!! We started working on that before she was two but it is official she can do it by herself. Washing her hands and all! She has only had two incidents wetting the bed too.

- Her favorite movies this year were Despicable ME, Megamind, Toy Story 3, Tinkerbell, Spiderman, Superman and the Barbie movies. (she also has most the songs from these movies memorized)

- She gets to go to work with mom at LXAS and jump around. She's become quite the jumper now.

-Her favorite thing to do is hang out with her cousins and go to the park! She asks to hang out with a different cousin everyday and her uncle Sione has become one of her favorite people. I'm beginning to think she prefers him over mom and dad. It's cute though I love that she loves the family and hangs out with them all enough to really know them.

- Ari got to go on her first plane ride! She loved it! I took a ton of things to keep her busy but she was son interested on everything that was going on that she didn't need any of it. Our trip was to California and she had a blast hanging out with grandma and grandpa!

-Ari has mastered the tantrum. Unfortunately she is a total screamer! But we've come to realize that this behavior is only with me. Wambli is the strict one and I'm the push over. Now that i've been trying to fix this the tantrums are getting worse but she's slowly learning that mom can no longer be manipulated. Lol.

- Grandma and Grandpa moved away and Ari misses them like crazy. She calls grandpa "papa" and he is her favorite person in the world. She has daily conversations with him on the phone and looks forward to his visits back to Utah.

There is so much more going on with Ari her personality has blossomed and she is getting bigger everyday which scares me because of course I want her to be my little baby forever. We love her like crazy and are lucky to have so many people in our lives that love her just as much as we do! Here are some pics from her last birthday party. We are planning her 3rd birthday party on July 3rd, the weekend of her birthday. If you'd like to attend email me at talula1686@hotmail.com with your address and i'll get an invite out to ya.

Goodbye PCS!

I have one more weekend left at PCS and i'm done. I started working at Lowes Xtreme Air sports in Provo and couldn't be happier! I love my job and the people I work with. The best part of it is that Ari gets to come to work with me until Daddy gets off and comes to pick her up. She loves it! She jumps around everywhere and is always making new little friends. By the time dad picks her up she is worn out and ready for dinner and a movie.

So if you're ever looking for something to do with the family come on down and jump around! We have foam pits, tramps, a rock wall and a cute, fun kids area too.

I LOVE Wendover!!

Wendover was great! We decided to go for Wambli's (justin) birthday and it was a great decision! Wambli's cousin Gabe and his wife Misty(who is also my bff) came along with us. we checked into the Montego Bay around 630 pm and hit the slots an hour later. Now I've always been one of those people that says stuff like "Gambling is soo not addictive that's just a good excuse when you've lost all your money." or "It's not that hard to stop you just have to maintain yourself." Well... That Lua flew right out the window once I sat down at my first penny slot. I could not believe how addicting it was. Wambli gave me ten dollars to start with and within thirty minutes I was asking for more. I would start to get bored with the penny slot and think "This is dumb i'm wasting my money!" and then all of a sudden I'd get a bonus and music would start playing and all these cool lights would flash on the screen and I'd get all excited like a kid at disneyland when they're about to give up on seeing mickey mouse but then all a sudden he strolls around the corner and the kid just can't contain themselves. That was me. I was that kid. I couldn't contain myself. I'm happy to say I didn't go home completely empty handed. I came home relaxed and ready to go back to my daily routine with a purse full of memories! Yep just memories. Lets just say i've learned my lesson... next time i'll take more cash!!

The past few weeks have been fun! Ari has had a few play dates with Tre and she's had a blast. They play so well together I love watching them play together and chit chat. I have no idea what they are saying to each other but they seem to have no problem understanding each other.

Ari following Tre from the park to Uncle Sione's house.

We love it when family comes to visit us on my days off. Uncle Sione came over the other day and we had fun dressing Ari up.

We are praying for summer to come early this year because we have lots of fun plans to go hiking, camping and fishing with Grandpa, swimming, going for long walks and of course our very favorite... going to the park!!

I know I know this is so long over due! I'm sorry for the wait. But finally I've been given a chance to update my blog!
The wedding was so great I loved every minute of it! Thanks to everyone for making it such a perfect day. I'm posting some pics for you to see!!

Ari is one year and seven months old. It's crazy how time flies by but I've enjoyed every minute!!
Ari is doing so much now its crazy! She's walking and running and she loves loves to dance! For a while she would just stand and move her hands but now she is moving her whole body to the music. She loves the movie Tinker Bell! I'm pretty sure we watch it about 5 times a week. She talks so much more and is understanding so much more. I absolutely love watching her grow!

Everything there is to know about me.

I'm in an its all about me mood today so I decided to dedicate a post to me. LOL! I'm usually not like this but o'well. I am 23 years old but sometimes I feel 30 and I act 13. I have a beautiful baby girl, Arianna Matchie She is my pride and joy. I am engaged to be married on May 22nd to Justin Matchie who I love very much! I can't wait to be Mrs. Matchie. I love being outdoors and camping. I love action and love movies, all kinds of music, games and I love to scrapbook and write in my journal. I love to sing in the shower and dance in front of the mirror (don't judge you know you've done it!). If I were on MTV's made I would want to be made into a Professional dancer LOL! I'm also one of those people that think they're really good at singing ha ha! I try to keep the water in the glass half full and never half empty. I love ice cream in the summer and hot chocolate in the winter. I love family gatherings they freakin rock! I'd really love a good one on one basketball game with Justin (but we never really get the chance to play) and I love Peppering with a volleyball or playing catch at the park. I don't like scary looking bugs or spiders. I'm afraid of bee's, horror movies and being on my Dad's boat in the middle of the lake. I always feel like its gonna sink and we're gonna drown. Hee Hee! I love being around happy and fun people! And I love listening to peoples problems and trying to help it makes me feel good to be there for them. I have a love/hate relationship with money, which is funny because I used to feel that way about men until I met Justin and now its just LOVE! My most embarrassing moment was in third grade! We had rats as class pets and one day we sat in a circle to pass them around. Well I dropped mine and so did the kid across from me and they both ran right up my shorts! I couldn't stop laughing and my face was bright red. Plus the boy next to me kept reaching up my shorts to get them out. It was such an embarrassing day. Hmm... I can't think of anything else to write about me. If I do I'll just write another about me post. Lol!
